Eric Barnett (guitar) began playing music at age 5 as a violinist, attending Manhattan School of Music and Juillard summer programs. After switching to guitar, Eric attended GIT in Los Angeles, and played and taught in LA. In 2008 Eric was a finalist in Guitar Player Magazine's national Guitar Superstar competition, and is bandleader of Magna Carta recording artists Points North, with bassist Uriah Duffy(ex-Whitesnake, Fantastic Negrito, Steve Stevens Band), with whom he has released two records. Eric also keeps a busy live calendar, playing with David Victor's (ex-Boston) SF Supergroup, touring tribute bands Journey Unauthorized and Fred Barchetta (with ex-Jefferson Starship singer Darby Gould), and has more recently organized "A Tribute to Jeff Beck", featuring notable artists such as bassist Stu Hamm, alongside current and former members of Starship, Tower of Power, Y&T, and more. Finally, Eric composes and produces music for video games, movie trailers, and anime, having worked on brand-name titles such as Marvel Heroes, Williams Pinball, and Tower of God."
